Stan Prokopenko is an artist and teacher. "Proko" is his Youtube Channel and it is a resource for artists to get good art instruction videos. He keeps his videos entertaining while keeping them educational. I have learnt a lot about the human anatomy from following his instructional videos. He goes into detail about how he creates figures, things that an artists should look out for when creating the form and how to correct mistakes when things go wrong. What I like about his work is the fact that his illustrations are very gestural and loose, giving them lots of energy and flow. He has also shown a way to create forms and has made it his own. He has inspired my stylistic choices and wish to learn more from him in my future projects.
