FINAL DESIGN "THE WANDERING SCHOLAR"

I'm really happy with how this design turned out, I like the contrast of the red and green, and I believe I used it in a way that doesn't come across as festive which can be the danger of using this colour combination. I changed the position of the characters so that they are closer together, the previous version felt too spread out, but with the overlapping positioning on this one it gives more depth and feels like there is more going on. If I had more time on this project I would have worked more on the background. I believe it needed something else to elevate it such as a pattern that resembles some of the elements in the story such as the pork and cake, however I am happy with the overall illustration.
